Courses

The MBA Programme, a two years post-graduation course offered at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Institute of Management & Technology (Code - BRAB) is affiliated to Osmania University and is approved by AICTE. The admissions of students are based on a state-wide entrance test called I-CET, which tests the students in their analytical, quantitative and verbal abilities. The cream of I-CET seeks admission into Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Institute of Management & Technology, holding it on top of their priority list. The rigorous two-year programme is divided into four semesters. The course curriculum is prescribed by Osmania University and is designed to make the students capable of gaining a holistic perspective of Management. The course covers 26 subjects which include four specific papers in core specialisation areas. The completion of the course stipulates a project work of two months duration in the industry, followed by a viva voce. Entry Level Qualification is Graduation.

Eligibility Conditions
Candidate seeking admission into Full Time MBA programme must be:

For Admission under Convenor Quota:

1.	Bachelor degree holder of Osmania University or a degree recognised by the university as equivalent there to with an aggregate of not less than 45% marks in Part-I and Part-Il put together (non-credit courses not included). In case of SC and ST candidates a pass in the qualifying examination is sufficient.
2.	The candidate seeking admission must qualify in the I-CET examination, conducted by the appropriate authority in the year of admission as per the norms prescribed by the University.
3.	Foreign studentsadmission is based on the screening process of the University.

For Admission under Management Quota:

1.	Bachelor degree holder of Osmania University or a degree recognised by the university as equivalent there to with an aggregate of not less than 50% marks in Part-I and Part-Il put together (non-credit courses not included), with or without ICET.
2.	The admission of Non-resident Indians and candidates admitted in lieu of them will be as per the University rules in force on the date of the admission.
